ReplyDeleteI think MAC fluidline is a gel and the Urban Decay is a cream. Also, the UD has Nylon 12 (whatever that is) that is supposed to decrease drag for flawless application. It is a very good eyeliner but if you have oily eyelids you really need to prime them first before use. Thanks.
